You do not need another AI demo. You need a space to imagine—and practice—the kind of leader you want to be in an AI-shaped world.
This half-day ASBO Emerging Leaders workshop explores leadership in a world shaped by artificial intelligence by introducing a “third brain” that is changing how people think, decide, and create. Instead of focusing on devices or technical skills, participants experiment with AI-augmented thinking in a fully analog, hands-on environment designed to protect what is uniquely human in their leadership. Through hands-on, brain-engaging activities, reflective dialogue, and structured challenges, participants uncover hidden assumptions about how they work, what they value, and how they want AI to fit into their environment. The experience culminates in a leadership identity capstone where each participant captures the type of leader they intend to become in their AI-shaped future.
