The E&S Development Group provides local government, public education, and nonprofits with a partner who conducts diagnostic and “pain point” analysis of processes and systems in the areas of finance/budget, resource allocation, and human resources. 

Advanced facilitation methods help E & S Development Group produce engaging learning experiences and effective workshops that ignite creativity and build connections. We use interactive methods such as LEGO® Serious Play, Personalysis®, WPI-II and 4Keys 2Fun© design. These strategies are stimulating and help participants understand one another and the organization’s objective. Members express themselves using metaphors and using their hands. Participants develop self-awareness and respect for their coworkers’ work and communication styles. Using this design methodology makes interactions more engaging, collaborative and productive.
