The E&S Development Group provides local government, public education, and non-profits with a partner who conducts diagnostic and "pain point" analysis of processes and systems in the areas of special education, finance/budget, and human resources that are causing organizations to have lost resource allocations or unpredictable expenses. If more than technical assistance is needed, we provide coaching and role model strategies to address talent acquisition and management through employee development, recruiting, and onboarding for hard to find positions. 

Our goal in working with organizations or individuals is to allow the team to continue to achieve high performance and maintain trust during transitions of processes or leadership.  The E&S team is highly skilled in a variety of mentoring, coaching, training, and leadership support strategies for municipal and public school departments in  New England with primary experience in Massachusetts. 

We also provide individualized niche professional and personal development to people ages 15-99 who want short term mentoring, job interview prep, employment contract negotiation skill building, job coaching and growth plans, career transitions, and locating or completing additional education to advance their organization or their personal or professional growth.
